Cambric

Products

Cambric is among the most finely woven, even textured fabrics produced in the industry. It is translucent, lightweight and yet one of the most dense plain-weave cloths. However, in recent years its production has declined, making pure cambric very hard to find. On the instances that one does find Cambric, it is of poor quality.

Poplin

Poplin, also called tabinet (or tabbinet), is a strong fabric in a plain weave of any fiber or blend, with crosswise ribs that typically gives a corded surface. Poplin traditionally consisted of a silk warp with a weft of worsted yarn.
